Dear Amanda,

I would like to personally thank you and everyone else at Truly Custom Homes for our beautiful new bathroom. Doing business with you all has been so wonderful. Tim and I truly appreciate your great sense of style and the commitment your company has to great customer satisfaction. When Tim and I came into your office for the first time, we no idea how we wanted our bathroom to look. You helped us choose the style and design that truly reflects our taste. You skillfully maneuvered us through any questions or uncertainties we may have had, and helped us chose materials creating a space which is serene and classy. I feel like I am at a spa every time I take a shower! You have an amazing gift for design and the most pleasant personality. You are truly a joy to speak with.

Truly Custom Homes’ approach to a project reflects professionalism and organization. We loved that all the parties involved met with us before the project began to review the details, conveying a unified understanding of all aspects of the work to be completed. We know that no project of this magnitude ever comes to completion without some sort of a hiccup along the way, and when ours hit with the heated floor, you all responded quickly to rectify the issue. That reinforced that you were all committed to quality work.

I would also like to commend Mark on his supervision of the project and his dedication to detail. His suggestions for design improvements in our flooring layout gave us a much more beautiful outcome than we would have had with the design we planned on our own. His skill and pleasant personality made working with him a pleasure.

So thank you, thank you, thank you for a wonderful remodeling experience. Tim and I will recommend you highly to anyone we can and wish you the best for your continued service to your customers.
